How to use docs of a different type in Google Docs

How to use docs of a different type in Google Docs

Recently, Google started using a new Word-type document format for Google Docs. While this is good for most people, I find that it’s very constrained for certain types of documents that I work on – specifically, the show notes we use for the podcasts. I find that the Word-type format is very constrained whereas the old format is very open and free form.

AT&T bumping up iPhone upgrade dates?

As we mentioned in the show last night and I posted on Twitter last week, AT&T has been bumping up people’s upgrade dates in preparation for the new iPhone which is supposed to be announced today at Apple’s WWDC at 10am PT (1pm ET). By dialing *639# into your iPhone, you’ll get a text message back telling you if you’re eligible for an upgrade. As you can see from the composite photo I made of two responses I got a few weeks apart, I was originally eligible in November, and today I can upgrade immediately.
